Creativity is intoxicating. It’s as mind-altering to consume as it is mysterious and oft-misunderstood. It’s something best shared among those who are lucky enough to possess it—especially given that the creative world is no longer siloed as it once was, and disciplines blend from one to the next, collaborating, corroborating, forming a universal chorus of the now.
We hear the chorus.
And no matter which form one’s creativity takes—design, literature, art, journalism, music, food, culture—we toast it here in our den of like-minded thinkers with the same ether at their core. We embrace original thought. Diverse output. Personality. Point of view. Bias. The intimate; the universal. The meaningful; the meaningless. We crave what’s in the air, what’s in the zeitgeist—
But perhaps most simply put, Absinthe is, at its heart, a website and magazine about creativity that matters.
